Wildlife Sightings

Please be aware that there have been sightings recently of our resident bear(s) on Swanson Gulch and Cooper Gulch. In addition to sightings it appears they have ransacked several garbage cans on Swanson Gulch. To help keep them away from residents’ homes and our neighborhood please ensure your garbage and bird feeders are fully secured or out of reach.

There have also been recent reports of rattlesnake in the area, so use caution when out walking or hiking.
