WILDLIFE SIGHTING

On Thursday September 21st, a wolf was seen in our neighborhood. Fish and Wildlife was contacted. Per the Fish and Wildlife officer, this wolf is a male from the Navarre pack. It is big because it looked like he just fed. This is a very rare sighting!! In his 25 years of Wolf tracking he has only seen one and that was from a helicopter. He said this is a one off and he should be moving along. His designated number is 144. However, please keep an eye out for your pets and farm stock, and remember, it is illegal, because of where we are, to shoot/kill it unless it is ONLY hurting a human.
