To all owners, I am the owner of lot S, also the retired Chelan Trails Ranch project Manager, I am now residing here year round. We have a joint Well with lot T, it pump tests 170 gal per minute, you are all welcome with just a phone call to 509-683-2184 to come and fill your fire tanks etc. I contracted on fires for 6 years crew driver and emergency truck operator, I recommend you all carry a flat blade shovel during fire season! Finally our property is kept mowed so it can be used for a safe zone for helicopters and fire trucks to utilize free of charge! Ron
